Supplier Problems
Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008The company that provides our company and many other companies with a fiber optic links to the web went down May 3 12:05 am to 11:15 am. During that time our servers could not be reached from the outside. No email was lost, and the situation has been resolved.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will investigate with our supplier what went wrong and try and find ways to avoid an interruption like this in the future.
